Variable Frequency Drive Certified Start-Up Technician

May 4, 2016

Variable speed drives or variable frequency drives (VFD's) together with motors have emerged throughout industry as the popular approach to improve process control, product quality, reduce energy consumption and expand production.  At one time speed control of an electric motor was only available with a DC motor.  Today with VFD's speed control can be obtained on AC motors as well.

Rocky Mount Electric Motor's certified technician can help you install a drive on your motor.  He can also troubleshoot issues you are having with a drive already installed.  Too often a customer gets into a situation where a drive supplier says there is a problem with the motor and the motor supplier says the problem is with the drive.  At Rocky Mount Electric Motor we take out all the finger pointing.  We can identify and correct the problem whether it is with your drive or your motor.
